PSR® Support Services

PSR® offers continuous support services to its clients and licensees. These support services are distributed through a number of channels:

• web based support
• Computer based training (CBT) via the web
• Computer based training (CBT) via CD ROM and DVD

In order to streamline the certification program PSR® provides CD ROM, DVD and web based CBT (Computer Based Training) modules that will provide a secure platform which can be used as a training aid for licensed subscribers their in- field certified instructors. CBT has proven an efficient and cost effective methodology to educate and train staff within Fortune 500 companies and Public entity organizations The interactive courses will support training through video, interactive feedback modules, and assessment testing. 

By utilizing streaming web video off dedicated servers and local multimedia content on the CD ROMS and DVDs, PSR® can better reinforce the imprinting methodologies and re-apply the processes to new questions arising from client agencies which have undertaken the licensing process and now have in-house trainers. By providing a user friendly medium to help certified training officers reinforce the educational processes in which they have been trained to educate their employee population; PSR® can monitor and make adjustments and/or improve upon their safety performance while continuing to offer full support and value in loss containment and related cost reduction to clients and their employees. 

In addition, PSR® maintains an extensive FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section which will provide up to date responses to current and recent inquiries as well as issues not included in the CBT materials or that are are specific and most relevant to certain industries or civil agencies. For those questions or issues that need personalized or confidential responses, individualized support is provided.
