scenes from a PSR training session

PRE-STUDIES

A PSR® team comes into the agency and analyzes the Worker's Compensation losses along with injury incidents and their pathologies. Studies and interviews are undertaken in order to assess the physical, physiological, and psychological stresses of the work environment as viewed and understood by both employees and management.

APPLICATION

Subsequently, a custom tailored, job specific program in Professional Safeguard Response® is designed and installed.

The career work modification is hands-on imprinting® of autonomic reflex work hardening. This is training from routine to extreme and emergency work demands and performance needs. The training clinics utilize real tools and engage in authentic circumstances including extreme, unanticipated, and emergency situations.

DESCRIPTION

PSR® is imprinting® of kinesthetic (muscle sensory) experience of the work. It is occupational biomechanics attached to the autonomic reflex functioning of the body. Employees are taught to experience what correct work behavior feels like as an ongoing, self reinforcing function of their performance demands. The skills imprinted are how the body feels acting as a unit, which is leveraged and stable at all times - how the work experience feels when performed correctly at all times while still focused on the task at hand - from routine to extreme and applied with specialized PSR® emergency biomechanical tactics.

RESULTS

The results are extraordinary with a wide range of challenging and critical response occupations. The training is self reinforcing reflexive work hardening and generally requires minimal follow-up for the career of most employees as is the case with a boxer or singer once they have received their initial training.
